Levels of care

Minimum assistance:

 

Person is alert and oriented, and only needs occasional assistance. Staff will provide assistance with bathing, meals, snacks, laundry, medication administration, and house keeping.
        Price: $4,000

Moderate assistance:

 

Includes all of the above. Additionally, person needs assistance with anxiety, confusion or incontinence.

  Price: $4,500

Maximum assistance:

 

Includes all of the above. Additionally, person is incapable of feeding themselves, or is not ambulatory.
        Price:  $5,000.00 and up
